I am really excited about this one!

Lisa will be guiding us through a breath work masterclass, this will blend perfectly with what we have been releasing over the past few months.

Breath work is the baseline for all healing, through activating the vagus nerve we down regulate the nervous system, allowing it to feel safe to require our stress response within our body.

By manipulating the breath we can shift stagnant energy or blocks that the body is holding onto, even though we feel we have emotionally processed it our body has not, and the body always keeps the score. 

Breath is thee most under utilised tool in our toolkit, it’s time to breath deep, process and release what is holding you back.

Please come comfortable, bring a blanket, bottle of water & eye mask if possible.
